Earlier this year, 3CX announced that PUSH notifications on Android and iOS will no longer work on V18 as of Aug. 31, 2025. This deadline has now been extended once until Sept. 30, 2025 - this is your last chance to switch to a newer version without losing functionality.
Specifically, what does this mean?
As of Sept. 30, 2025:
- Do PUSH notifications no longer work on 3CX V18 (Android & iOS).
- Can you no longer activate or renew your license on V18.
- No longer receive technical support or updates, as V18 has officially been declared end-of-life.

Update at least to 3CX V18 Update 9B. This will keep PUSH support and license reactivation active until the end of September 2025.
